Shipping/Delivery Policy                                                                                                                         

All of our products are standard sizes and in stock.  We will ship your quality log furniture products from our manufacturer within 10-15 business days.  The majority of our products are shipped via motor freight, some of our smaller pieces are shipped by FedEx. Some on site assembly will be required for beds.  Although these products are not difficult to assemble, we feel you should be aware of what's involved.  All similar log furniture by any manufacturer is going to be shipped this way and need the same type of assembly.  There is no economical way to ship these beds fully assembled.

Changes/Cancellation Policy                                                                                                              

After your order has been placed, any changes will be subject to our ability to meet the requested change.  We will try whenever possible to fulfill your requested change.  Any cancellations of merchandise after the order is shipped will result in return shipping and handling charges and a 25% of product value restocking fee deducted from the refund balance on that item.  Return freight damage will be chargeable to you, so please package the product carefully.

Customer satisfaction is our foundation.  However, if you are not satisfied with your log furniture purchase, you may return it for a refund minus a 25% re-stocking fee.  To return delivered merchandise, please contact us for product return authorization and to arrange pick-up.  Return shipping and handling charges and a 25% of product value restocking fee will be deducted from the refund balance.  Return freight damage will be chargeable to you, so please package the product carefully.
